1. Who are you?

We are an apparel company based in The Hague in The Netherlands. Find out more about us on the About page.

  1. You know that there's a typo in your name?

Yup. It's related to the story of how the concept of this brand was born - seeing a girl with a tattooed reindeer walking in the rain.

  1. How soft are your fabrics?

Soft as fuck.

We decided to make our clothes using more expensive, ring spun cotton. Ring spun cotton is very different from the regular, open-ended cotton because of the manufacturing process. Long before the material is cut or even yarns are twilled to become a fabric, each fiber of cotton undergoes the process of spinning around a ring mechanism. This process straightens and thins the cotton fibers and twists it into a consistent direction. It results in incredibly durable and ridiculously comfortable materials.

But what does it mean in non-snobbish?

It means that you will never want to take that shirt off. It's so comfortable and soft that you will want to turn that t-shirt into a pillowcase. You will want to eat, sleep and even shower in that t-shirt. You will probably fall in love with ring spun cotton just as much as we did.

  1. Do you ship to XXX?

We ship worldwide. Find out more about the tariffs and estimated shipping time on the Shipping page.

  1. What is your return/refund policy?

We have a 14 days, no-questions-asked return policy. Please bear in mind, that in order to receive a refund you need to return the item without any signs of use and with all the tags attached. Refund policy is detailed further on the Terms and Conditions page.

  1. What if my order was not shipped/came damaged?

We are doing our best to prevent any complications during delivery. However, if such incident occurs, contact us as soon as possible. You can do it through the form on the Contact page.

  1. What are the available payment methods?

You can pay for your order using PayPal, credit card, iDEAL, Stripe or regular bank transfer.

  1. Tell me about your charity work.

We believe in giving back to society. We decided to donate 5% of the gross profits to The Hague animal shelter. Each year, Haags Dierencentrum collects 1700 stray cats and dogs from the streets of The Hague. Essentially, by buying a t-shirt you are buying a shelter animal a meal.
